Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds & Returns

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

Return due to product defect:

  • Lithium battery products malfunction or the quality is not up to standard.
  • you receive the wrong item.
  • The package is broken and the product is deformed or broken.

Contact us to explain the reasons and provide evidence. After confirmation, we will give you a full refund and be responsible for after-sales problems.

Situations where you regret choosing to return a product:

  1. Contact our after-sales personnel to obtain the return address;
  2. Ensure the safe arrival of returns and bear all shipping costs.
  3. Bear the restocking fee, Percentage of the product price: 50%.

We do not issue the refund if:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
